BAKED FISH
from the Heritage

2 lbs. fish fillets (either haddock or cod)
dash parsley, sprinkle of pepper
1 tsp each thyme & rosemary
3 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 cup white wine

Grease pan, and place fish in pan. Sprinkle with spices, dot with butter or margarine. Pour white wine over and around fish. Bake at 400°f for 15 minutes until fish lightly flakes apart. Do not overcook. Serve with lemon juice or your own special sauce. Serves 4.
