Very likely not. Complaints about sea sickness from passengers is very far and few between.

The vessels of the MWA Fleet are heavy-built boats, sturdy and steady in the water. The vessels sail within sight of land and spend the evenings anchored in protected, calm coves. These boats are not fishing vessels (no fishy smells) and you will rarely, if ever, smell any diesel. These two odors, combined with movement, often contribute to sea sickness.

But we know everyone is different and if you feel you may have a problem, or just want your bases covered, check with your doctor or pharmacist about motion sickness medications you can use.
